NORTH CAROLINA QUILT SYMPOSIUM 2012 SHOW
“STARS OVER THE MOUNTAIN"

The 2012 North Carolina Quilt Symposium quilt show “Stars over the Mountain” will be held at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC, on June 7-10, 2012. The Smokey Mountain Quilters Guild in Franklin, NC has more information on their web site. A registration packet can be ordered now for a fee or in January, 2012, the packet can be downloaded from the SMQG web site. The symposium web site, www.ncqsi. org, still has the 2011 show information on the site, but will be updated soon. There is other useful information on this site.
This will be a nice event for our area. The show will feature over 400 quilts, 24 vendors, exhibits, lectures, and other events. Mark your calendar now to attend this quilt show and maybe even enter one of your quilts.
